You may cancel your booking free of charge at any time before the vehicle is picked up. The full amount paid is refunded — there is no cancellation fee.
Cancel from My Bookings using the email address you booked with, or contact us by email or phone (details below). Your booking status changes to "cancelled" immediately.
Once the vehicle has been picked up, the rental has started. Returning a vehicle early does not automatically entitle you to a refund of unused days; contact us and we will review the request.
If you do not collect the vehicle on the agreed date and have not cancelled or contacted us, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the first rental day may be retained.
If we must cancel your booking (for example a vehicle becomes unavailable, or licence documents cannot be verified), you receive a full refund. We will contact you to offer an alternative vehicle where possible.
The refundable security deposit is returned after the vehicle is returned and inspected, less any amounts due for damage, fuel, tolls or fines.
