You must be at least 21 years old with a valid, unexpired driver's licence, provide proof of personal auto insurance, present an acceptable payment method and pay a refundable security deposit. You upload photos of both sides of your licence when booking.
Rates depend on the vehicle and start at the daily price shown on each car in our fleet. The full price for your dates is calculated and displayed before you pay — there are no hidden fees.
Yes. Mileage is unlimited unless a different written mileage limit is stated at checkout for your specific rental.
Yes, you must provide proof of valid personal auto insurance before pickup. If your policy is liability-only, physical damage is still covered under J&O Auto Rentals' insurance subject to a $2,500 deductible payable by you. Renters without insurance must buy third-party protection or enrol in our Protection Plan.
Yes. Cancel as early as possible; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cancellation terms vary by vehicle, dates, duration and any prepaid or promotional rate, and are disclosed before you confirm.
Out-of-state driving requires our prior written consent. All vehicles are strictly non-smoking — smoking or vaping can incur a cleaning charge of up to $150.
